We can manufacture Galvanised Steel, Aluminium or any other sheet metal material to any profile. See below some information on projects where NDM Fabrications profiled metals have been used:

Hardwicks Way

Here 2 galvanised steel angles were used back to back to form a 'Z' which could be easily adjusted to a plumb and level line. This was essential as the substrate handed to the cladding contractor varied by as much a 60mm in depth. Self tapping screws were used to secure each angle to its counterpart, making this an extremely efficient system to install. Insulation was then installed between the angles and 18mm ply installed to the outside.

Gracechurch Street

Here galvanised steel angles were used to protect the cut ends of Kingspan composite panels. This not only protects the insulation inside and prevents damage to the panel ends, but also provides a strong fixing surface for the roof coverings. Higher gauge galvanised steel angles bolt fixed to the structural steel were used in other locations to correct the pitch of the roof.

Cladding and Roofing Systems...

The York Building

Zinc shingles were used to great effect on this complex curved roof structure. Shingles were installed on top of a timber boarded substrate fixed to metal trays and structural steels, which formed the plant screen.

Stratton House

Pre-Weathered Zinc Steck Panels by N.D.M Fabrications Ltd formed the bulk of the cladding to this project. The panels were installed on our own aluminium rail system.

Bucks New University

Rimex metal was used extensively on this project to give the building a modern and distinctive look. NDM Fabrications Ltd formed all the cladding and roofing panels to order and delivered to site for a quick installation.
